By downloading and using the official America 250 Missouri Commission logo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment to Positive Impact

Use of this logo is contingent upon your commitment to help promote this historic anniversary in a positive and impactful way. The logo should be used to foster community, education, and pride in our shared Missouri history.

2. Design Integrity

To maintain a consistent brand identity across the state, the logo artwork must be treated with respect:

No Alterations: The logo cannot be altered, cropped, or modified. It must be displayed in its entirety.
